Nature of the service

365Lab Color (the “Site”) is a free collection of online color tools. All color math, image extraction and conversions run locally in your browser. The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly accurate service.

Usage license

You may use colors and palettes generated on the Site for personal or commercial projects without attribution. Tool output is for reference only — please verify anything important (branding, print, accessibility compliance) yourself.

Usage limits

You may not: reverse-engineer the Site or scrape large volumes of data for commercial use; use the Site for unlawful activity; or attempt to disrupt, attack or circumvent its technical protections.

Intellectual property

The Site’s name, interface design and code are owned by 365Lab and protected by copyright. Color values and palettes themselves are not restricted and may be used freely.

Disclaimer

The Site is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use or inability to use the Site. Color results (especially contrast, color difference and color-blindness simulation) are aids only and not a professional guarantee.

Third-party hosting

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; its terms and privacy practices are independent of the Site, and by visiting you also accept theirs.

Advertising

To keep the Site free, we use Google AdSense to show third-party ads, including personalized ads. Ads are served and measured by Google. We provide an “opt out of personalized ads” link in the footer, and you can also manage your ad preferences in your Google account. Ad content is provided by advertisers; the Site is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness or availability. If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, use the link above or your browser settings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will mark the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised terms.
